Restocking Fee

There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. All defects or damage must be identified and noted within (3) days of delivery. HomeTVlifts.com is not responsible for defects or damage after delivery.

All return shipping fees are your responsibility unless manufacturer defects are identified.

Return/Exchange Policy

* Please inspect your theater lift or cabinet immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. If HomeTVlifts.com delivers your TV lift, our white glove service will inspect it with you. Once you have inspected the cabinet and accepted delivery we cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point.

* Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment.

* ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY HomeTVlifts.COM. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been added to the shipping queue or shipped by either HomeTVlifts.com or the manufacturer. Depending on availability your order may take up to 1-3 days to ship. Please contact HomeTVlifts.com immediately if you wish to cancel your order and our customer service representative will be able to assist you.

Once an item is shipped by either HomeTVlifts.com or the manufacturer the terms of our Return policy will take effect.

Special orders may be may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.
